so the automatic closers don't always close it completely,
particulalry when it's windy.
Never let strangers into the building
either by "buzzing them in" or holding the door open.
Please practice the same suspicion that you would when
using a bank's cash machine.
Keep your apartment door LOCKED all the time to prevent burglaries.
You're entitled to install your own lock on your door,
so long as you grant access to the landlord for maintenance
(such as the yearly air conditioner/heater vent cleaning).
