The Union County Clerk's Election Division offers a variety of services for the Union County voters and candidates.
This Division prints and prepares Official, Sample, Vote By Mail, Emergency, and Provisional Ballots.
This Division also processes Vote By Mail applications.
The County Clerk also accepts petitions for all county offices, and for independent candidates and school board candidates.
On election night, the Election Division tabulates election totals and makes them available on this website.
The Clerk certifies election results to the New Jersey Division of Elections.
